For the average homeowner, acquiring permits for even a small project can often be a challenging and time consuming task. Required application materials and information for permits can vary greatly depending on the project and its location. With our expertise in historic preservation laws, zoning codes, and specific project requirements, we can successfully prepare your permit application and walk it through the various approval stages. We have gotten approvals from historic preservation offices and historic easement organizations for the same projects that were previously denied. Our rates for permitting services start at $350 for smaller projects. Permitting services include a consultation on meeting historic preservation and zoning requirements, preparation of materials needed for the permit, completion of the permit application, and permit acquisition.
