Building for the Future While Preserving the Past

Historic House and Building Research

We conduct historic architectural and archival research to document the physical and social history of buildinsg. Historical architectural research is often very valuable in obtaining project approvals and permits from historic preservation boards and historic facade easement organizations. We also conduct research as an initial part of many of our architectural design projects, for historic structure reports, and for National Register of Historic Places and National Historic Landmark applications.

House Histories

Prices start as low as $395 for our shorter histories (see report options). Estimates for histories are free. Simply complete the House History Estimate Form and submit it to us via email. We will provide you with a price estimate and the various options possibly available to include in the report. If possible, please attach a digital photo of the front of your house or building along with the House History Estimate form, as this will help us in determing what options might be available.
